So, what up ?
Everybody changes, you know, sometimes, you just don’t want to continue in the way you’re following since years. So, I asked myself, should I close completly TechAwe or build something even more interesting ?
So now, you’ll find here, in the blog, discoveries, downloads, hidden treasures. Revelations.
Another few things I’d like to explain. TechAwe finally became an on-the-go blog. I’ll post shorter messages, yet more interesting bookmarks for your web experience. You’ll probably see some more videos. Now that I got a 3GS, I can record video, put it quickly on YouTube and link it with WordPress for iPhone.
My Twitter updates are displayed in the sidebar, on the right. They’re totally part of the blog, yet I don’t think they have their place in the general content feed. Their right place is in the sidebar.
Only the blog is hosted on the /www/ directory. Everything else, is listed in the /else/ directory. It’s as simple as this. Now, the great innovation of this new version of TechAwe are the bookmarks.
The Status page is, too, quite new. It displays 3 RSS feeds. The first is Digg, the second Delicious and the third TweetMeme. All major tech news are displayed. Use this page to stay updated wherever you are.
Since it’s becoming an on-the-go blog, bookmarks are an essential utility. You will find my all-time favorite websites (nearly daily updated until they are all listed, until I remember all of them. Then and now, I’ll publish under the Bookmarks category every interesting bookmark. It can be a root website or a specific page.
Now, a few words about the new design. It’s set to adapt to an on-the-go blog. It’s faster and clearer, focused on the content. Theme Credits.
NOTE: On-the-go doesn’t mean that I won’t publish analysis anymore.
Have a great holidays !
